Applications in Standard Form are invited from Indian Citizens as defined under Articles -5 and 6 of the Constitution of India for filling up the following vacant posts in the establishment of the Principal Judge, Family Court at Dhubri.

1. Record Arranger
Vacancy- 01 (UR)
Pay Scale- Rs.14,000/- to 60,500/-, + GP Rs. 5,200/-
Educational Qualification- VIII Passed
2. Process Server
Vacancy- 02 (UR)
Pay Scale- Rs.14,000/- to 60,500/-, + GP Rs. 5,200/-
Educational Qualification- VIII Passed
3. Peon/Attached Peon
Vacancy- 02 (UR)
Pay Scale- Rs.12,000/- to 52,000/-, + GP Rs. 3,900/-
Educational Qualification- VIII Passed
4. Chowkidar
Vacancy- 01 (UR)
Pay Scale- Rs.12,000/- to 52,000/-, + GP Rs. 3,900/-
Educational Qualification- VIII Passed
Age Limit- 18 years to 43 years
(The upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms for the candidates belonging to SC/ST and persons with disabilities.)
How to Apply: Applications in Standard Form should be accompanied by self-attested copies of all testimonials regarding Educational Qualification, Age, Caste, valid Employment Exchange Registration Card, etc. along with 3 (Three) copies of recent passport size photographs duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side. Candidates must enclose one self-addressed envelope of 11 cm x 25 cm affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five) only along with their applications.
The last date of receipt of application- 14.6.2019 till 5.00 PM for which a “Drop Box” will be maintained in the Office of the undersigned.
Dates of written test and interview/viva-voce shall be published in the official website in addition to intimating the candidates through call letters.
Selection Process:
The selection process for the aforesaid categories of posts will consist of two stages:
1. WRITTEN EXAMINATION (70 marks)&
2. INTERVIEW/VIVA-VOCE (30 marks).
1. WRITTEN EXAMINATION: There shall be a written examination of one paper (70 marks) of 2 (two) hours duration, The Board reserves the right to fix the cut-off marks in the written examination.
2. INTERVIEW/VIVA-VOCE: Candidates shall be called for Interview/Viva-voce in the ration of 1:10 against the existing vacancies according to merit list on the basis of marks obtained in the Written Examination.
