Bank of Baroda has released the notification for the recruitment of Specialist Officers. The Total Number of Posts is 913. The selection process will comprise of the online test, for the posts the posts in Scale I, Scale II, and Scale III in disciplines of Legal, Wealth Management Services – Sales & Wealth Management Services – Operations followed by Interview of shortlisted candidates.





Details of Vacancy: 


1. Legal MMG/S-III
Vacancies: 20
Age: Min – 28 Yrs
Max. – 35 Yrs

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor Degree in Law.

Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 5 years as Law Officer in Legal Dept of a
Scheduled Commerical Bank, Central / State Govt or
PSU or practicing at Bar or Judicial Services. 



Candidates should produce a certificate of having the
requisite post qualification work experience from the
Court/ Bar council/organization



2.  Legal MMG/S-II
Vacancies: 40
Age: Min – 25 Yrs Max. – 32 Yrs
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor Degree in Law.
Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 5 years as Law Officer in Legal Dept of a Scheduled Commerical Bank, Central / State Govt or PSU or practicing at Bar or Judicial Services. 


Candidates should produce a certificate of having the requisite post qualification work experience from the Court/ Bar council/organization


3. Wealth
Management
Services – Sales MMG/S-II
Vacancies: 150
Age: Min – 25 Yrs
Max. – 35 Yrs
Educational Qualification: 
2 Year (MBA or equivalent) Post Graduation Degree
or Diploma with specialisation in Marketing / Sales /
Retail. (The Institute should be approved by Govt /
Govt Bodies / AICTE) 
OR 
Graduation (recognized / approved by Govt., Govt.
bodies / AICTE) with One year Diploma/ Certification
in Banking / Finance before joining any private
Bank/ Public Bank.
Post Qualification Experience: 4 Years Work Experience in Sales / Distribution of
Wealth / Mutual Fund / Insurance Products in Banks,
Mutual Funds, NBFC’s etc. 

4. Wealth Management Services – Sales MMG/S-I
Vacancies: 700
Age: Min – 21 Yrs Max. – 30 Yrs
Educational Qualification:  Graduation in any stream (recognized / approved by
Govt., Govt. bodies / AICTE) 
Post Qualification Experience: 2 Years Work Experience in Sales / Distribution of Wealth / Mutual Fund / Insurance Products in Banks, Mutual Funds, NBFC’s etc. 

5. Wealth
Management
Services –
Operations MMG/S-II
Vacancies: 1
Age: Min – 25 Yrs Max. – 35 Yrs
Educational Qualification:  2 Year (MBA or equivalent) Post Graduation Degree
or Diploma with specialisation in Marketing / Sales /

6. Wealth Management Services – Operations MMG/S-I
