Educational Qualification: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (DMLT) from Paramedical Institution attached to Govt Medical College / Paramedical Institute or an Institution recognized by Govt, of Assam.

Age: Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not above 44 years as on 01/01/2018. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC, ST(P), ST(H), 3 years for OBC and 10 years for differently abled candidates.

The following documents in original, shall have to be produced at the time of document verification. Scanned copies of the following should be uploaded in the online portal: 
(a) Scanned copy of recent passport size colour photograph. 
(b) Scanned copy of signature. 
The following documents must be scanned and self attested and then uploaded 
(c) Proof of age: Birth Certificate or certificate from Head Master from a School in Assam. 
(d) HSLC certificate/Class VIII pass certificate from Head Master of school in Assam. 
(e) Caste Certificate (where applicable) from competent authority 
(f) Permanent Residential Certificate of Assam or Domicile Certificate from competent authority. 
(g) Employment Exchange Registration Certificate. If more than one candidate secures the same final marks the candidate senior in age shall be placed higher in the select list.
